PARTNERS
Mr. BIREVEN ARUAN has been practicing consulting in Business and Law for almost 10 years in two different reputable management consulting firm and law firm in Jakarta. Before establishing BIREVEN and PARTNERS Law Firm in 2002, he has been a Senior Business and Legal Consultant in an Australian Reputable Consulting Firm located in Jakarta. During his 10 years business and legal consulting experience, he has been handling various legal assignments such as general corporate (setting up a limited liability company, preparing various agreements and contracts including meetings and negotiations on said agreements and contracts), land acquisitions, property and real estates investments, general investments (establishing joint venture company in various field of businesses), Immigrations and litigation cases. Mr. Bireven graduated from the Law School of the State University of Padjadjaran Bandung in 1989 and registered as an advocate to practice at all level of Indonesian courts and holding an advocate license issued by Indonesian Advocate Association ( PERADI ).
